Set in a beautifully decorated intimate space on Leonidas Street, the seven-course pescatarian tasting menu (~$165) bridges the coastal cuisines of Senegal and South Louisiana — featuring fonio salad, thiéré-based shrimp and grits with coconut tamarind sauce, Gulf seafood blue crab stew, and citrus-spiced jollof rice. Every course is introduced by Chef Mbaye himself at the table.
