Black Tech Street is a global economic initiative founded by Tyrance Billingsley II that aims to rebirth Tulsa, Oklahoma's historic Greenwood district—originally known as "Black Wall Street"—as a premier Black tech innovation economy. Launched in 2021 surrounding the centennial of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, the organization works to build intergenerational wealth for Black Americans by securing tech-focused industry, education, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
