Melanin Is Life is a 100% Black-owned, socially conscious lifestyle apparel and media company. Founded in 2016 by college sweethearts Gene and Jas, the brand was born out of a desire to amplify positivity, celebrate the beauty of African diaspora culture, and honor Black history. They offer an expansive line of statement graphic t-shirts, cozy hoodies, sweatshirts, and meaningful accessories designed to empower the community to be unapologetically Black and proud.
