Roll & Dough is a highly viral, woman-owned bakery business in South Florida known for its massive, gourmet cinnamon rolls. Founded by 21-year-old Julie Pierre, the business has gained a massive following on social media for its soft, fluffy, Japanese milk bun-inspired cinnamon rolls. Roll & Dough operates primarily out of a commissary kitchen and pops up at local markets. (Note: They previously did weekend pop-ups at Puce Patisserie in Miramar and Coconut Grove, but they are currently expanding toward a permanent brick-and-mortar storefront in Fort Lauderdale).
