Gretaira Coffee is a specialty coffee brand based out of Wired Café in Rockford, Illinois, founded by former real estate investors who transitioned into specialty roasting. Gretaira Coffee is an air-roasted coffee brand known for creating a cleaner, smoother cup with lower acidity and zero bitterness. Unlike traditional drum roasting, their air-roasting method floats the beans on a bed of hot air, which roasts them evenly and prevents the chaff from burning, eliminating bitter smoky notes. All of their selections are freshly roasted to order, and 5% of all revenue is dedicated to youth economic empowerment and self-determination programs.
