(pronounced "boss") is a prominent mission-driven platform and consulting agency dedicated to highlighting, incubating, and amplifying Black-owned businesses, spaces, and culture throughout Greater Boston and Massachusetts. Launched in March 2019, the organization has grown from a local community resource into a widespread network managing a public directory of over 1,700 local businesses.
