Founded by Angelain Dupart, AJ's is celebrated by The Infatuation as having food that 'tastes like it was made at a barbecue — slightly smoky, and just spicy enough to be exciting.' The menu highlights a Hawaiian ribeye plate, blackened salmon with crawfish fries, lamb chops, loaded baked potato, white chocolate bread pudding, and the signature Jazzy Punch.
