A modern Creole breakfast and lunch restaurant opened in 2023 by Chef Edgar 'Dook' Chase IV — great-grandson of the legendary Leah Chase — and his wife Gretchen, in a mid-century modern space at 1301 Gravier St. The name honors Dook being the fourth generation of the Chase culinary dynasty and his fourth restaurant venture. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Chef Dook offers classic Creole dishes with refined technique: seafood squid ink linguine, rich gumbo, smothered okra, and strawberry spritz cocktails. Michelin recognized and named one of New Orleans' top brunch destinations.
